The dial. Blue fluted motif with diamonds instead of batons. The laser-etched pattern is the same, but the diamond markers change the mood. The baton version reads sporty and modern. The diamond version reads colder and dressier. The stones sit in polished metal surrounds and spark against the blue, which is where the icy description comes from. It loses the lume at the markers, so you give up a bit of nighttime legibility for the extra presence. Date at 3 under the cyclops.
The bezel and bracelet. Fluted steel bezel and Jubilee, unchanged from the baton version. The fluted bezel echoes the dial texture, and the Jubilee gives it the supple formal fit.

The takeaway. This is the dressier sibling of the baton version. Same blue motif dial, but the diamonds push it toward the formal end. If you want the textured blue dial but find the baton version too plain or too sporty, this adds the sparkle without gold or a diamond bezel. It is a good middle ground between the clean motif dial and the full black-diamond look.
