The Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41 124300 is the bright blue dial OP in the larger size. Rolex introduced the colorful OP line and the bright blue was one of the original launch colors. Same layout as the 36mm. Smooth domed bezel, fully brushed Oyster bracelet, no date. The 41mm wears larger but the simplicity of the OP design keeps it from feeling oversized. VSF Watch Factory got the blue tone and the movement right.

The dial. Bright blue sunburst. The blue is a solid vibrant color with no gradient or metallic shift beyond the standard sunburst grain. It sits between navy and electric blue. The double-baton indices at 3, 6, and 9 are white gold-plated. The single batons fill the remaining hours. The hands are the standard OP baton shape with Chromalight fill that glows blue in the dark. No date. The dial is symmetrical. The blue on the 41mm reads differently from the 36mm versions because the larger dial surface gives the sunburst more room to catch light. VSF matched the blue correctly.
The movement. Dandong 3230 automatic with a 72-hour power reserve. True no-date architecture. The crown has two positions. Winding and time-setting. No ghost date position. Same movement as the 36mm OP. The 3230 is the no-date sibling of the 3235 with the same blue hairspring and power reserve. Winding is smooth and the movement is reliable.
The case. 41mm in 904L steel. Brushed lugs with polished case flanks. The bezel is a polished smooth dome. The crown is a Twinlock screw-down with no crown guard. At 41mm and 11.7mm thick the watch has more wrist presence than the 36mm but wears similarly flat. The polished bezel and the brushed lugs are the standard OP finish. VSF's case proportions are correct.
The bracelet. Fully brushed Oyster with an Oysterclasp and a 5mm Easylink extension. Same bracelet design as the 36mm, scaled to the 41mm case width. The all-brushed finish hides daily wear. The Easylink folds out for half a link of adjustment. No Glidelock. The bracelet is comfortable and the articulation is smooth.
