The Omega De Ville Hour Vision 431.33.41.21.02.001 is the white dial variant with the blued seconds hand. The Hour Vision case has sapphire panels set into the sides, which means you can see the movement through the front, the back, and the sides. It is the most technically interesting dress watch in the De Ville line and the white dial with the grooved rhodium hour track is the cleanest colorway. The heat-blued seconds hand is the only color on an otherwise monochrome dial. VSF Watch got the dial layering and the side windows right.

The dial. The dial is split into two sections. A white center with a subtle texture and a grooved rhodium-plated concentric outer ring that holds the applied indices. The two-tone dial construction gives the watch depth without adding color. The applied indices are polished and faceted. The dauphine hands are rhodium-plated with Super-LumiNova fill. The seconds hand is heat-blued steel. It is the only color on the dial and it shifts from bright blue to near-black depending on the light. The date at 3 has a white surround. VSF got the white tone, the grooved ring spacing, and the blued seconds hand right.
The case. 41mm in 316L steel with sapphire side panels. The Hour Vision is the only Omega dress watch with lateral sapphire windows. The front crystal, the caseback, and the side panels together give a near-360-degree view of the dial and movement. The case mixes brushed and polished surfaces. The crown is a fluted push-pull. No crown guard. No helium escape valve. At 41mm and 13.5mm thick, the watch slides under a dress cuff. VSF got the side window construction and the case finishing right.
The movement. Dandong 8500 automatic with the independent jumping hour hand. The hour hand jumps in one-hour clicks for time zone changes without stopping the running seconds. The date is linked to the hour hand. The movement is visible through the exhibition caseback and the side windows, which is the whole point of the Hour Vision design. The finishing with Geneva wave decoration is visible from multiple angles. Winding is smooth and the date change is clean.
The strap. Black calfskin leather with an alligator grain embossing and a steel deployant clasp. The black strap and white dial with the steel case is a monochrome palette with the blued seconds hand as the accent. The deployant clasp opens with a twin-trigger release. The strap tapers and integrates cleanly with the case lugs. Standard strap changes are possible since the Hour Vision does not use an integrated bracelet design.
