The VS Factory Omega Seamaster Diver 300M in the green and gold configuration is a plated fantasy build. Omega does make a green ceramic Seamaster in steel, and they make gold Seamasters, but they do not make a full gold case with a green ceramic dial and bezel. VSF took the green ceramic parts from the steel Seaweed reference and put them in a yellow gold PVD-plated case. The result is a watch that looks like a Moonshine gold Seamaster that Omega never produced. VSF Watch Factory got the green ceramic color and the gold plating tone right.

The gold. PVD yellow gold plating over 316L steel. The plating covers the case, bezel ring, crown, helium escape valve, and tang buckle. VSF matched the tone to Omega's Moonshine gold. It is paler than traditional yellow gold and less red than rose gold. The plating is even across all the gold surfaces. A full gold Seamaster with a green ceramic dial is not a gen configuration. If that bothers you, buy the steel Seaweed. If you want the green ceramic look with more wrist presence than steel, this is the only way to get it.
The dial and bezel. Green ceramic ZrO2. Same material as the steel Seaweed Seamaster. The green is a deep emerald that shifts to near-black in low light. The laser-engraved wave pattern catches light at angles. The gold-plated skeletonized hands match the case. The applied indices have Super-LumiNova fill. The date sits at 6. The bezel insert is the same green ceramic with a gold diving scale. The bezel action is firm with clean clicks. VSF got the green ceramic tone right and the gold markings on the bezel are evenly filled.
The movement. Dandong 8800 automatic. Standard date quickset at 6. Black balance wheel. The exhibition caseback shows the decorated rotor and Geneva wave finishing. Winding is smooth and the date change is clean. Same movement VSF uses in the steel Seamasters.
The strap. Green rubber with a gold-plated tang buckle. The rubber integrates with the case lugs without gaps. The green matches the dial and bezel. The gold buckle matches the case. The rubber is more comfortable than the steel bracelet for daily wear and it drops the overall weight. Strap changes are possible but the integrated rubber design means the fit is specific to this case.
