The Omega Seamaster Diver 300M 210.30.42.20.06.002 is the grey dial Seamaster with the relief bezel on a steel mesh bracelet. No wave pattern on the dial, no ceramic on the bezel. The grey is matte and the bezel markings are raised steel instead of filled ceramic. It is the most understated colorway in the Seamaster range. The mesh bracelet in steel makes it wear a little dressier than the standard multi-link bracelet. VSF Watch Factory got the grey dial tone and the relief bezel right.

The dial. Matte grey with no wave engraving. The standard Seamaster waves are removed, same as the black no-wave reference. The grey is a neutral mid-tone. Not silver, not charcoal. It sits between the white dial and the black dial in terms of contrast and presence. The applied indices have white Super-LumiNova. The no-date layout keeps the dial symmetrical. The grey with white lume is the quietest color combination in the Seamaster range. It does not shout. VSF got the grey tone right and the matte finish is even.
The bezel. Positive relief steel instead of a ceramic insert. The diving scale numerals and markers are raised above a sandblasted background. It is more tactile than a flat ceramic bezel. Running your finger across the bezel, you can feel the markings. The steel relief bezel is less common than the ceramic insert bezels and it gives the watch a more industrial look. The bezel action is firm with clean clicks. The luminous pip at 12 is centered.
The movement. Dandong 8806 automatic, no-date. Same movement as the other no-date Seamasters. No ghost date position on the crown. The exhibition caseback shows the finishing. Winding is smooth and reliable.
The case. 42mm in 316L steel. Standard Seamaster dimensions. Brushed and polished finishing. The helium escape valve at 10 o'clock. The domed sapphire crystal. Same case platform as the rest of the 42mm Seamaster line.
The bracelet. Steel Milanese mesh with a foldover clasp. Same weave pattern as the NTTD bracelet but in steel. Heavier than the titanium version. The mesh drapes over the wrist and breathes well. The clasp has an adjustment system. The steel mesh against the matte grey dial and the relief bezel is a specific combination. It reads more deliberately styled than the standard Seamaster on the multi-link bracelet. If you want a Seamaster that does not look like every other Seamaster, the grey dial, relief bezel, and mesh bracelet together accomplish that.
