The Panerai Luminor Marina eSteel PAM01356 is the "Verde Smeraldo" green gradient dial. Panerai leaned into the sustainability angle with a recycled steel alloy case and a recycled PET strap, but the actual reason to care about this reference is the dial. Vertical green gradient fading from bright emerald at 12 down to near-black at 6. It is not a sunburst. It does not radiate from the center. The color shifts top to bottom, and the look changes depending on how light hits the dial. VSF Watch Factory got the gradient and the dial text right. The eSteel badging with the blue "e" is correctly printed and color-matched.

The dial. The vertical gradient is what separates this from every other green dial in the catalog. Bright emerald at the top, dark forest green at the bottom, no radial sunburst. The gradient shifts as you tilt your wrist. VSF handled the fade smoothly and avoided banding or a purple shift under bright light. The white Super-LumiNova numerals and indices read cleanly against the green, and the skeletonized hands with white fill do not get lost in the darker lower half of the dial. The "PANERAI eSteel" text at 6 with the blue "e" is correctly placed, and the color on that single letter matches gen. Small detail, but if it were wrong, you would see it.

The case. This one goes polished. The case body and fixed bezel are mirror-finished, which is unusual for a Luminor. Most of them lean brushed. The crown guard stays brushed, which breaks up the shine and keeps a bit of the tool-watch DNA intact. VSF's polish work is clean, and the transition between the polished case and the brushed crown guard is sharp without rough edges. The green rubberized crown ring matches the dial tone and the strap color. It is a functional grip surface more than a cosmetic detail, but it ties the whole green theme together.

The movement. Dandong P.9010, standard across VSF's Luminor range. Independent jumping hour hand. Date quickset through the hour hand. Neither stops the running seconds. Same movement behavior as every other current VSF Luminor, which means predictable and reliable. If you have handled one before, you know what you are getting.

The strap. Military green recycled PET textile with tone-on-tone stitching and a brushed steel Pre-V buckle. PET is a polyester weave made from recycled plastic. It feels like canvas but handles moisture better and does not stiffen up after getting wet. The green matches the dial gradient and the rubberized crown ring without being an exact color match. Panerai straps are quick-release, and this case takes canvas, rubber, or leather without a second thought.
